UFRJ, UNESCO and Vale Cultural Institute sign a technical cooperation agreement that establishes the governance structure of the Museu Nacional Vive Project. First meeting of the Project Executive Committee takes place at the UFRJ University Palace (Praia Vermelha Campus).
