Governance

The management of the Vive Nacional Museum Project is based on the centrality of the governance model, transparency in communication, and effectiveness of results. With the potential to become an international reference in the area of museums, the lengthy rebuilding process observes all guidelines related to the preservation of historical heritage, memory valuation, accessibility and cultural diversity.

Our governance model is receptive to new partners, to dialogue with national and foreign communities, and has as main objective to rebuild the Museum under parameters of excellence, safety, scientific and cultural relevance..

The established governance structure monitors ongoing and future activities, aiming to articulate and optimize the different initiatives and projects, in addition to ensuring the smooth execution and continuity of planned actions and compliance with the schedule.
