Project Museu Nacional Vive launches video about reconstruction works

In order to celebrate International Museum Day (May 18), Project Museu Nacional Vive launches a video that suggests a tour through the main ongoing works and activities in to return the Museu Nacional/UFRJ to community!

Our project is advancing intensively, with restoration work on the facades and roofs of the Paço de São Cristóvão, restoration of the historic gardens, renovation and expansion of the Central Library and the construction of the Research and Teaching Campus of the Museu Nacional/UFRJ.

Museums are powerful institutions which help us to understand better our world, and build the future. 20ª Semana Nacional dos Museus.
