Video reveals details about the laser scanning of Paço de São Cristóvão

New technologies are contributing to the reconstruction of the Museu Nacional/UFRJ. The laser scanning of Paço de São Cristóvão made it possible to create a virtual modeling of the entire building and an integrated digital platform for the development of technical projects.

Experts in different areas of knowledge are working collaboratively, in order to optimize the Museum’s reconstruction process. Check out the video:

The Paço scanning was developed by Grupo Flug, contracted through a bidding process coordinated by UNESCO in Brazil, within the scope of the Project Museu Nacional Vive.
